Hey! Hope all has been well with you all. Apologies for not giving you an official episode this week. I been on a serious grind in order to complete some very cool and important things to me as we close out 2024. I did manage to get on YouTube Live and Twitch and talk about my greatest music love, Hip-Hop! And I think the audio listeners will find this entertaining.
The song I was playing before the show started was Royce Da 5'9 "Hip-Hop". The world "Culture" has been over used and abused and this is what I would like to see and hear as we move forward in 2025 and beyond.

I saw this throwback video of the 90's and I saw so many young people doing so many activities that I just don't see randomly anymore. That made me think of how many calories I used to burn just wanting to be outside.
