This week is a classic conversations between 2 people Made in the 1980's and 1 teenager made in 2009. This week, Wang Dang's Daughter hops on the mic and we compare our upbringings. She thinks we grew up similar and then we tell her we remember the time where Dunks were cheap and unpopular and how we our group chat was all meeting at somebody's house to kick it.
You got to love the youth and their perspective. Enjoy!

Being a kid is usually a breeze...until it isn't. We often say that kids are growing up really fast these days, but hasn't that truly always been the case? As we reflect on our lives we definitely think so. This week it's all about how we were kids but doing some very grown up things in that process.
Since we know you didn't just want to hear only a male perspective, we have a special guest, Brandi Morris of LADIWORKZ also on this show this week and she shares her experience as well as details on her book, "The Unexpected" that's out right now! Make sure you follow her to stay in tune.

We had an episode ready for this week, but it's too much to speak on for current events!
The TikTok Ban
The Inauguration High and Low Lights
If Kanye is Anti-Semitic than what is Elon Musk?
Drake Banning Merch from His upcoming tour shows? I'm actually okay with this.
We got a lot to say. Hope our dialogue finds you well. Thanks for listening.

Unfortunately 2025 is potentially looking like the final nail in the coffin for The Diplomats. Cam'ron and Jim Jones are publicly airing out their differences and it leaves us with a lot questions.
Questions like Who/What's Really to Blame? Fame or 50 Cent?
Why does Jim not want Cam around Ma$e?
Should you really start gangbangin at 25?
This conversation gets real and we get a chance to share person stories and equate The Diplomats to Pro Wrestling's The Kliq on this week's episode. Thanks for listening.

For me, a big part of being "Made In The 1980's™" is being a wrestling fan. Boy have times changed since the 80's. A lot of things are just not the same and that is including people I personally once idolized.
Monday Night Raw made it's debut on Netflix this week and the show seemed to be going very well, that is until Hulk Hogan showed up. Hulk Hogan was greeted with a Barrage of BOO's as he tried to win the crowd over with his love for the WWE Universe, Netflix and his new beer, Real American.
It's hard to tell who was more tone deaf in this segment, but it's clear that Terry Bollea and Hulk Hogan need a moment of self awareness and reflection. We talk about the Netflix moment, our childhoods, the cringy incidents that have brought the majority to their distain and what the remedy needs to be on this episode.

I closed out 2024 in deep prayer for my career...or lack thereof. I had reached a tipping point that I had never felt before and I promised myself that no matter what happened, I would never feel that feeling again. You are hearing this in real-time. My journey to Full-Time Entrepreneurship has begun and I feel better already.
Let's start the journey and conversation about why I decided to "Burn my boats". Let me know if you relate. Thanks for listening and Happy New Year!

Friday Dec 13, 2024

Its been a grind but I am back! This week it's all about my time and energy and how its been used and tested. I even share a story about a less than stellar interaction I've had with an elderly person this week.
Also, I take the time to answer Drink Champs, Loyalty or Respect question. I lean heavy to one side and I will explain why. Thanks for listening.

Friday Dec 06, 2024

Hey! Hope all has been well with you all. Apologies for not giving you an official episode this week. I been on a serious grind in order to complete some very cool and important things to me as we close out 2024. I did manage to get on YouTube Live and Twitch and talk about my greatest music love, Hip-Hop! And I think the audio listeners will find this entertaining.
The song I was playing before the show started was Royce Da 5'9 "Hip-Hop". The world "Culture" has been over used and abused and this is what I would like to see and hear as we move forward in 2025 and beyond.
Thank you all for supporting me and this vision for the majority of this year! Until next week!
