This week is a classic conversations between 2 people Made in the 1980's and 1 teenager made in 2009. This week, Wang Dang's Daughter hops on the mic and we compare our upbringings. She thinks we grew up similar and then we tell her we remember the time where Dunks were cheap and unpopular and how we our group chat was all meeting at somebody's house to kick it.

Being a kid is usually a breeze...until it isn't. We often say that kids are growing up really fast these days, but hasn't that truly always been the case? As we reflect on our lives we definitely think so. This week it's all about how we were kids but doing some very grown up things in that process.

Unfortunately 2025 is potentially looking like the final nail in the coffin for The Diplomats. Cam'ron and Jim Jones are publicly airing out their differences and it leaves us with a lot questions.

Episode 43 | Fallen Childhood Heroes: Hulk Hogan Edition

For me, a big part of being "Made In The 1980's™" is being a wrestling fan. Boy have times changed since the 80's. A lot of things are just not the same and that is including people I personally once idolized. 
Monday Night Raw made it's debut on Netflix this week and the show seemed to be going very well, that is until Hulk Hogan showed up. Hulk Hogan was greeted with a Barrage of BOO's as he tried to win the crowd over with his love for the WWE Universe, Netflix and his new beer, Real American. 
It's hard to tell who was more tone deaf in this segment, but it's clear that Terry Bollea and Hulk Hogan need a moment of self awareness and reflection. We talk about the Netflix moment, our childhoods, the cringy incidents that have brought the majority to their distain and what the remedy needs to be on this episode. 

Episode 42 | Burning My Boats: The Decision to Bet on Myself

I closed out 2024 in deep prayer for my career...or lack thereof. I had reached a tipping point that I had never felt before and I promised myself that no matter what happened, I would never feel that feeling again. You are hearing this in real-time. My journey to Full-Time Entrepreneurship has begun and I feel better already.

YOUTUBE LIVE | Let's Set The Record Straight on Hip-Hop Culture!

Hey! Hope all has been well with you all. Apologies for not giving you an official episode this week. I been on a serious grind in order to complete some very cool and important things to me as we close out 2024. I did manage to get on YouTube Live and Twitch and talk about my greatest music love, Hip-Hop! And I think the audio listeners will find this entertaining. 
The song I was playing before the show started was Royce Da 5'9 "Hip-Hop". The world "Culture" has been over used and abused and this is what I would like to see and hear as we move forward in 2025 and beyond.
